Quite poor, I have not felt included by my colleagues, my supervisors are great however everyone else is so stressed for time
The culture at work is amazing. During work hours, everyone is very social at lunch and we all chat in the lunch room or get coffee together during breaks. I don't feel like there is a hierarchy (in a bad way), as I feel listened to and equal to my colleagues. The multidisciplinary team is so beneficial when working with shared clients. After hours, we occasionally catch up for social events and we complete fun team bonding afternoons.
Colleagues have chances to meet at breakfast and dinner outside work. There are other social events organised by the company and/or colleagues.
The work culture has been fantastic! Managers are approachable and very supportive.
