During supervision sessions I have seen my supervisor work on other tasks and when I ask a question I am met by silence, confirming that she is not listening sometimes.
My supervisor is amazing. I can message her at any time, we have weekly supervision and I can request additional supervision if I need it. She offers constructive feedback and also gives praise one on one, and also to the team.
The managers are accessible when I required support or need to clarification. They always responded to my enquiry efficiently.
