Small but growing team, office space is adequate but not necessarily suited for therapy. Can be a difficult space to focus on writing reports particularly when office if full of staff as there is no quiet space to divert to apart from working from home.
The office space is good, but can be frustrating not having my own desk, as it is a hot desk system. We share the office space with other companies and I occasionally feel like their is odd tension between the companies. The therapy rooms are good, but we definitely need more than 3 rooms as they are usually booked out and can be difficult to book in appointments. Regarding dress code, we have a work polo that I usually wear, however I am also able to wear other appropriate clothing.
There is always a spot I can use when I come to office.
