My over all experience was good, aecom were quick to respond with information and offers.
I was recruited as an undergraduate so may be different to other graduates. I participated in a video answer virtual interview and some short answer questions, followed by a teams interview with the team lead. The questions and in-person interview were fine, but the virtual answer interview i didn't like - it felt too impersonal.
