Very flexible - I was able to take time off as needed during busy periods of semester. I was also very easily able to take a Friday or Monday off and make it a long weekend. I was never asked to work more than 37.5 hours.

Very flexible. I was studying at the time, and my manager was happy for me to come in as often as I could. On holidays, I was in every day. I often began work at 7am and finished at 3:30/4pm. This fit well into my schedule.
The company is quite flexible when it comes to working hours, as long as you complete the number in your contract. Emphasis is placed on getting the job done, not getting your hours done.
