People are generally really patient and eager to teach everything you need to know + other things that help you with trading. I had a great experience undergoing the training program
First few months are formal training on options theory. This sets the foundation of the more important training on how to apply that to live trading. This is less formulaic and relies on you working with the senior traders on learning your market and how to think about what we want to do. I've personally been exposed to a lot of Python and have learnt heaps from reading and writing scripts for various things.
