Flexible work arrangements but generally expected to be on-site if role requires it.
In my engineering role I am expected to be on-site 5 days a week for 8 hour days. Remote work has not been offered to me. My hours are also not too flexible. I am expected to work from 7 am to 3 pm or 7: 30 am to 3: 30 pm.
Very flexible and very trusting if I need to leave early and make up the hours later or attend a meeting late at night due to global team commitments.
Very flexible, work from home days, flexible work arrangements in different offices and work different hours.
