There have been very deliberate efforts to recruitment more women. We have lunches with women who succeed in getting a first-round interview. Also have events for the women e.g. lunches, conference a day earlier before our APAC social retreat.
Strong track record of hiring regardless of race or sex.
Lots of focus on recruitment of female talent over the last year - at all levels. Has seen some improvement.
