Collaboration and teamwork is highly encouraged at amp. It is very easy for individuals to learn about other parts of the company simply by reaching out to another from across the business. The organisational structure is also relatively flat. there are many social and celebratory events that are organised, and it is common for colleagues to socialise after work.
Culture at amp is great, everyone is welcoming and accepting of you as a grad and are always willing to have you in their team. Culture also extends beyond the office hours with the inclusion of social events and activities after work hours. A structure and hierarchy does exist within the organisation however managers, principals and directors are still very approachable individuals are always open for a conversation and help you out when required. There are plenty of opportunities to socialise with colleagues such as through events such as networking events and socials.
