We have affinity groups internally for women, LGBT groups and others. Very diverse and welcoming group.
We have a pretty strong diversity in our workplace, considering LGBT, Women, Ethnic minorities, but its something we consciously continue to improve on.
Appian has several Affinity Groups at work. These include AppianPride, AppianWomen, AppianGreen, AppianWellness and AppianRise. Anyone can get involved in these groups, attend and lead events which promote diversity within the workplace.
