An online application followed by a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager at a university careers fair. After this, a "Superday" was scheduled where I was invited to the office to gain a better understanding of what Appian does followed by a series of interviews with senior employees. The Superday was closed out with a more relaxed-feeling dinner in order to socialise with the office and get a better feel of the company culture.
5 rounds, 1 to 3 being phone interviews, the 4th being on premise, and the last one a video interview with the CIO.
