Work is very flexible allowing remote work for 2 days a week and allowing people to change remote days based on circumstances. The employer is very understanding in regards to life events and do promote working from home.
Standard working hours are 7.5 hours a day, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a half-hour lunch break between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. There's flexibility, though, as we can work 7.5 hours anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Additionally, we have the option to work from home 2 days a week.
