The firm is quite flexible in terms of remote working and the times at which you complete work. So whilst the work demands are quite high the ways in which work can be completed is quite flexible.
Depends on the work and the time of year. Sometimes you might have to stay back and work a little late if there is a deadline coming up or something urgent. However, there is also a fair balance, and you will get periods where the work is quieter so you can relax a bit. There is a currently a 40% work from home policy, so we can work remotely two days a week.
Yes they are flexible with working from home, remotely and out of office. they are also flexible with things like study leave while we are completing our plt course
Yes, 60% working in the office, 40% from home - this can be an average i.e, not necessarily 3 - 2 days each week. Also appears very flexible with flexing working hours, people starting earlier and finishing earlier, or starting later and finishing later, as long as they meet their work commitments and do their job.
