Very good - office and hours + social events
Atlassian culture is amazing and super supportive from my experience. The intern program has a lot of social events and a social committee to meet other interns in different teams. You definitely get out what you put in since remote work is so common. Sometimes you would go longer stretches without seeing your team in person but there are pretty frequent meet-ups where you spend time with your team in person.
