Expectations for graduates is to be in the office every day, however, am able to work from home if I need (if something comes up). Am also able to finish early if I want, expectation is hours are made up another day of the week if I'm not taking leave.
Hours are very flexible at the company, employees are expected to be available from 10am-4pm and work for 8 hours per day, so can come in early and leave early. If you have an appointment, it is very easy to leave for it and then make up the lost time later in the day. Employer is very good with remote working, graduate are encouraged to come into the office everyday, but if I need to be home to let someone in or am a little bit sick, I am very easily able to work from home. I have also worked from home out of country which is very convenient for me.
Work hours are good, for some projects, more time is needed. My boss is very flexible with remote work etc, it's a great perk of working for Ausenco as I live a long distance away from the office
Very flexible. Choose own hours and how often you come into the office. There is an expectation of contribution to team culture however.
