Work hours are extremely flexible with time-in-lieu practices
I have the flexibility to start work early/late and any hours outside of normal business hours can be logged as flex that I can use when I want.
ASIC is very flexible with hours with the main focus on getting tasks done as opposed to spending hours in the office
