Pretty strong corporate responsibility - strong relationships with charities and selecting work that is ethical
The main program is pro bono work through Bain's Social Impact practice where teams work with nonprofits and social enterprises, on reduced or no-cost strategy projects covering education, healthcare, Indigenous economic development, and conservation. The practice does pro bono cases and Bain globally has committed $2 billion in pro bono consulting by 2035. There are also opportunities to work with non-profits through "Extra 10s" where you can build on-going relationships. Other initiatives also include community impact day and work-place giving programs.
