Our managers are impressive and are overall great mentors. I have found that the senior lawyers have a lot of time for our development and are invested in our growth.
Overall, i’ve found my managers to be accessible and supportive. They’re approachable when i have questions or need guidance, and they make an effort to check in regularly. In terms of mentoring, it varies slightly depending on the team, but i’ve generally had positive experiences — there’s a willingness to share knowledge and provide feedback. Internal communication is clear and consistent, and performance feedback is usually delivered constructively, with recognition given when it’s due.
