The department is very committed to diversity, inclusion and providing equitable opportunities for everybody. There are always different events that raise awareness such as NAIDOC week or Pride week, where there are guest speakers and networks where everybody can feel included.
There a number of events to include gender diversity, neuro diversity and diversity of thoughts, ideas and cultures w within the business. There are clear efforts in recruitment, promotion throughout the business that really help.
