The assessments were good, it was going through the usual psychometrics and tests. I appreciated the early stage interview (even if it is short). I find it quite frustrating when you don't even get to a human before round 3/4 and this is really good in the sense that you get interaction with people as early as possible. The assessments were good and relatively relatable to the underlying jobs.
Interview process was organised and streamlined. Had a mix between virtual and face-to-face both interviews and assistance through the process. Any technical interviews provided ample preparation time and content.
