So far I haven't stated any WFH as I am still new and need to ask a lot of questions when I don't understand, so I haven't utilised this. BDO seem to be pretty understanding and flexible with each employers induvial needs.
They are accommodating when it comes to working from home if not fit to work/unwell.
37.5 hours per week. Employees are allowed to pick a day of the week to work from home, but bosses are very flexible when it comes to adjustments.
Less flexible than typical teams/other workplaces, but this is also the nature of the team/role. Remote work is an option on rare occasions, but partner's do not like remote work and prefer everyone in office. WFH must be justified.
