Expected is about 40 hours, but this is normally about 41, 42 hours realistically. We are expected in the first 6 months to be at the office everyday, except when there are certain circumstances that affect this. Then it is 3 days minimum in the office (onsite counts as in the office too)
Very flexible, my daily start and finish times are incredibly variable if required as long as the required 40 hrs is completely, teh way in which it is completed is not of great issue. I am able to work remote 2 days per week.
I work 40 hours a week. My employer does not pressure me to work longer. They are flexible with appointments or other commitments during the standard working hours.
