
I think the pay is good for a graduate position compared to some other companies. However, as a grad you are often expected to do the same work as your peers who are getting around 40k extra on their base (based on salaries of graduates who have just rolled into a permanent position) and get a higher bonus (15% of their base vs the 10% graduates get). You are expected to meet the same KPIs as them and additionally complete a program logbook, so I don't think that discrepancy is fair. The "big thanks" scheme is nice, to be recognised for good work by peers and be rewarded with money is good.
