Not very flexible as I am the only one fulfilling my role at the moment.
2 in 1 roster, 2 weeks on 1 week off. It was assigned for the graduate engineer role.
2/1 roster then moves to a 8/6 roster. Work are accommodating with time off for personal reasons
Just long days, ~13-13.5 hrs
