
Working hours is quite relaxed as long as you deliver results. As for working arrangement, there is a high flexibility to work from home (up to 3 days) depending on your business line.
They give you the possibility to work in person but also from home and depending on the client you're with is somewhat flexible on the times you start work and finish.
I start work at 9 and end at 5. Remote work is quite flexible, depending on what team you're on, the mandatory days you'll come into the office can vary. For Engineering, it's expected to come into the office twice a week.
Working hours are flexible. There is work from home option making it easy for you specially on days where public commuting gets disrupted. Since I work with an offshore team, sometimes get to work adjusting to their time.
Great with remote work, most people work remotely, but I've been working 7 days a week due to projects which is very draining.
