Flexibility around work hours does vary from team to team, however there is a culture of acceptance around flexible hours. Generally, most people work from home two days a week, and many have non-standard normal working hours.
Very flexible with working hours to suit work life balance. Work from home monday and fridays. Not expected to do overtime, however can feel pressured to sometimes when others in the team to.
I work my hours and 'reasonable overtime', this is to say its ok, could be better could be worse. The team I work in has a great level of flexibility around working and making up hours and working from home, however I think there is room to improve in the wider business.
