The pay and benefits are very good. the benefits include: private health insurance, $5,000 relocation allowance, $1,000 wellness and $500 work from home equipment allowances, dinner (up to $35) on uber eats and uber home if working in the office past 8:00pm. the downside to the benefits is that the allowances are paid as reimbursements, and the reimbursements require numerous rounds of approvals and take about a month to be repaid.
