The work hours are flexible as long as I do an average of 37.5 each week. e.g., If I start early on a workday, I can finish early that day and enjoy the afternoon or keep working and save up flexitime for another day where I need more 'me' time away from work. I love this for being about to beat the 5pm traffic and gym rush by leaving work at 4pm for example.
Very flexible and allowed to have max 2 days working from home.
I have access to flexible working options such as working from home, compressed hours, flexitime and different types of leave.
There is a good work life balance and flexibility in terms of working hours. However, with that being said, whilst doing remote work, the work life balance is somewhat something that cannot be followed given the nature of work, as sometimes it requires to work out of hours and moreover given that staying away means you usually dont find much or cannot do your usual routine or entertainment after work
Very flexible and accommodating. Working from home, compressed weeks and part time work are some of the options.
