Work hours are flexible, and you can accrue hours to use later to take time off rather than using annual leave. remote work flexibility has limitations, but possible.
Flexible work arrangements can be organised (such as some work from home). You can also accrue flex credit which is helpful for a work life balance.
No remote work possible Can complete working hours between 7am and 7pm so it’s very flexible - my personal time is respected and any changes to work schedule are trusted and accommodated
7.5 hours is the standard that I aim for but anything over that, I keep track of and accrue that as flex time.
