My work hours tend to be 8:30am-4:30pm. In most teams I've worked in, Education has been extremely flexible when it comes to hours, WFH, and remote work (I am currently working remotely from the Brisbane office). I work from home 2 days a week but I have flexibility to do more if necessary. I have always had positive experiences with my managers accommodating my appointments and other flexible work considerations.

Two days a week WFH is standard for those wanting to after probation. Hours are also flexible, I am able to pick my start and finish time so long as it is between 7am-7pm. Flex time is also great for any overtime accrued.
