This depends on which practice group you are in and the preferences of the partner/team requirements. Very busy some weeks and quieter on others.
Probably average just over 50 hours a week. Approximately 7:45/8 am - 6 pm each day. My team doesn't work remotely often and that is my preference. Of course, if I'm coughing/sniffling which will be annoying or otherwise have to WFH, I can and that's fine. Other teams have flexible arrangements with WFH days each week.
Depends on the team, not very flexible though, still judgment when it comes to working from home as much
