Starting and finishing times are fully flexible when working in the office, and we can request to work from home if needed. For fieldwork, we also have the flexibility to arrange dates around our personal commitments, especially when working away from home
I work 8-4 in the office don't mind working the office every day better than on site because then at least I know I have set hours and finishing time so can do stuff after work whereas with site work its guaranteed that I finish at the same time every day which I prefer
