The process and assessments, plus interviews were all well organised and structured. However there was a significantly long time between interviews and an offer - Interviews May offer August. Also a significant time between the offer and contract. This needed to be communicated at the time that the process would take this long.

I had an online assessment. It wasn't difficult, just some basic questions to get a better understanding of me. Then I had a virtual assessment centre, where I first took part in a group task. I had to discuss a solution with two other graduates in my stream for a given topic related to the field I was applying for. After the group task, I also had an individual interview with my team's manager where they asked STAR-based questions and some basic technical questions.
