The day to day tasks are relevant and always catered to students to enhance their learning and engagement. All tasks given to our tam are based on what they are currently teaching and do not require work to be done that is not currently relevant or out of their subject areas/year levels.

Planning, teaching, professional meetings, discussion of practice with my peers.
Days are spent teaching, planning, and completing admin. On a regular day I teach around 4 classes (a total of 19 hours teaching a week), and use the spare periods as my own time to plan, mark, and do any other admin work I have. Two days a week are mandatory meetings for one hour after the end of day. Once a fortnight is a blocked period for team planning.
