I have only been with the company for a few months, however, I am sure there is many opportunity to move up in my career within the company. I have been told if I find an area I would like to specialise in, I will have the support of the company.
Promotion opportunities are more geared towards management opportunities.
I haven't had my annual review yet but I have heard there is a lot of opportunity for growth within the team
