Compared to other graduate programs, I think ours is pretty good. In the grand scheme of things, I think it is alright. The base salary is pretty good and on top of that we get professional allowances (for technology purchases as it is a BYOD and memberships).
I was very satisfied with the pay for a graduate consultant level, but it was a bit disappointing to see how small the pay increase was to go to a consultant level at the end of the graduate year. Overall it seems that Escient isn't the highest paying, but I think there are plenty of perks that come with working here that make up for that (e.g. investment in training, social activities). We don't have bonuses.
No bonuses but my graduate level pay was good.
I think the graduate salary is very competitive, but the promotion and bonus for completing the graduate program was a little conservative.
Transition from graduate to level 1 consultant was poorly handled and the initial pay rise is not remotely competitive in the market or based on individual merit.
