Employer allows remote work, either on hybrid or fully remote.
It is fully remote, quite flexible with the timings during the season but now that we have a fixed schedule. Since the company is based in QLD, i start quite late and of course finish late as well so it would be better if i could finish early but I am also happy this way.
I am very privileged with the opportunity to work from home 3 days, and the other 2 days i have to commute an hr to the office.
Shifts can be adjusted on a pretty flexible extent
