There is potential to become therapy mentors and therapy consultants. Also roles in leadership available e.g. team leader. I think it takes initiative and someone who demonstrates company values
There is always space for growth at EI. Its been 6 months and already I am starting to run a group. Didn't think I would do that if you asked me this last year.
