7.5 hours with 1 hour unpaid break is expected. No overtime is allowed unless expressly approved.
Not flexible in the grad program - most rotations expect 4-5 days in the office. After the program will likely have 3 days in the office & more flexibility
Hours are pretty standard, 8:30 to 5pm and it is quite flexible if you want to work from home 1 day a week.
