This will largely depend on your team and manager. However, policy states that you are able to work from home for any two days a week. Most managers don't track this closely and if you want to WFH an extra day or two in a week it is generally fine. No one is tracking when you are clocking in or out as long as you're getting your assigned work done. If you want to show up to the office at 6am and leave in the early afternoon that is fine. If you work better later in the morning and want to stay a bit later that is fine. Many workers here have children and need to do school pickups/drop-offs and they can flex their schedule around that.
Very flexible, but overtime is occasionally needed. As long as my work gets done and I attend all meetings, I can work at any time, but sometimes I need to work early in the morning if meeting with international colleagues.
