Work from home equipment. Hall and Wilcox days, birthday leave
I'm quite satisfied with my pay. At Hall & Wilcox, we also have many employee benefits, including office breakfasts (special ones every Tuesday and Thursday!), as well as reimbursement for gym membership and some other perks.
Positives: Generous offerings in kitchen, WFH equipment provided, free breakfast every Tuesday, many firm events that are catered, office is modern with great end-of-trip facilities, fitness reimbursement benefit, sporting and social events that are covered by the firm. Negatives: Annual salary set out in contract is inclusive of super. I think it would be clearer to set it out exclusive of super. Salary is also approximately $5-10K lower than my peers who graduated in the same cohort and stayed in the same city as me. There is also Perkbox, but I do not use it and I do not think it is that much of a benefit.
The cost of living in Brisbane is increasing so may need review to reflect this.
