8:30- 5 flexible, WFH
My regular working hours are from 8.30am to 5pm. Most people usually leave by around 5.20pm. Overtime is quite rare, and only happens occasionally when there is something extremely urgent. WFH is also very common, as long as I come into the office on the office day each week. But I personally prefer working from home for only one day per week.
WFH is built in at this firm - which is fantastic in my opinion. It allows for great flexibility. As long as you communicate where you are and get your work done, there is no issue with WFH or flexible arrangements. You can also work from different offices if needed, which I appreciate greatly.
