My employer is flexible and allows me to work from home.
Remote work is discouraged for graduates as it is more difficult to soak in information and ask questions whilst remote. They are however very understanding and flexible if you have any appointments or requirements which come up and require WFH.
Pretty flexible - it is more encouraged as a grad to be in person as you do get a lot more learning opportunities. However, if I have ever needed to work from home it has not been an issue.
At a graduate level you do not have as much flexibility, most partners tell graduates to be in the office every day. Hours depend on the workload. I have worked a usual 9am-5.30pm, but have also worked 7am-12am.
