I don't ever work from home, i like working from the office as i believe i need to be able to ask questions and be around my workmates. sometimes for work i have to go away for a night or two and drive to a location, they are good with this and allow me to do this without having to seek approval, which is fair. i think in the future i would like to work from home a day a week, but at the moment i am happy with the working arrangement.
Approx 9-5 daily however depending on workload, what is due etc. you may have to stay back a bit to finish your work, or on the contrary, allowed to leave early if you have been doing well. wfh is a possibility
Employer is reasonably flexible with work hours so long as all work is complete and you are available to clients majority of the day. as a graduate, remote work is not ideal given the guidance and learning required that is best to do in the office.
I work 9:00am - 5:00pm from Monday to Friday with the option to work from Home on Fridays. On occasion i have working until 5:30 to finalize work.
Working hours are 8am-5pm. They are pretty flexible and have even introduced a work from home policy for all staff.
