Hours are mildly flexible - mainly standard working hours. option to work from home is available.
The firm is extremely flexible about working arrangements and promotes a hybrid work culture. there are no minimum in-office days, and some employees even work completely remotely in other states. they also allow temporary office relocations interstate. it is evident that the firm promotes work-life balance and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of its staff.
Work hours are very reasonable for a firm of this size. of course your hours will increase as you become more experienced and take on more responsibilities, but as a grad you do not often need to work late (and rarely, if ever, need to work on the weekend). the partners are generally very flexible when it comes to people's personal commitments, and the firm has a hybrid policy so there is usually no issue with working from home (but check with your supervisor first as it can be team specific, and make sure to be in if there is work that you are needed in the office for).
How many days a week you need to be in the office will depend on the team but generally can have 2-3 days a week working from home.
