Almost all my work is done from home, and there's no obligation to come into the office if you choose not to. Hours are pretty flexible, especially with the 9 day fortnight and 4 day week options, where your total hours stay the same (longer days), but you get the flexibility of days off. You can also ask to dip out to appointments and stuff during the week, they don't mind.
I usually work 8-5 with a 30 minute lunch break, but you are free to start when you like (within reason) and are able to work from home depending on the team you work in and what your role is.
