The company's demographic is very diverse ethnically speaking. In the HMC team we are primarily men, though two of the more senior people directly involved in the HMC are women.
There's a lot of diversity around the workplace. You get different genders in different roles of the business and there's a lot of ethnic groups. People generally stay for a while, but this depends on the role.
From what I have seen of the company it is a very accepting and open-minded place. The HMC is not particularly gender diverse, but for the time being I assume this is more to do with gender diversity in the industry at large.
