Sufficient.
Pay and bonuses are very good. They don't advertise the bonuses and super until you get your role so the pay looks a lot less than it seems. Everyone starts on the same base salary and everyone's salary increases every 6 months (until you change roles/get a different role). The bonuses are very rewarding and generous.
Starts a bit lower than some IT entry roles but is much better in the long run. Bonuses can "over-achieve" and be increased if earnings goals are exceeded which incentivizes you to work harder.
