They're either up to date with the latest technology or filled with very experienced colleagues who you can ask advice about regarding tickets and calls that come up.
The office space, location and facilities are beyond my expectations. I am thoroughly enjoying the space that was given to me surrounded by my coworkers.
Dress code is business casual, depending on the role it can be more casual. There are 3 offices in Sydney right now and they are all great. IC2 in Macquarie park is the newest and most advanced but all the offices have great amenities.
The market street location is modern and has lots of natural light. If you are in the HMC you will be in one of the datacenters instead. The datacenters are highly impressive feats of engineering but the offices are nothing special. The chairs are comfortable and you have a triple monitor setup (and the option of a standing desk), so all your basic needs are well met. The datacenter in the city is within easy walking distance of Central station. Offices are clean, which is more than you can say about some places.
