Depends on the team - work life balance is not something you will get in every team as it is not practical. As a grad however, the firm does encourage us to set boundaries and ensure we arent working late consistently.
Very flexible - as a new lawyer I prefer being in the office because I enjoy the social interaction and being able to pop around to my partner's or another instructing lawyer's desk when I have a question. However, there is also the option to work from home when you need/want to - you'd just have to notify your team if you're doing so on that day.
Highly dependent on team. Current team recognises work life balance and developing healthy habits as junior - open to flexible work arrangements. Some teams quite flexible with working arrangements (allowing at least one WFH day and other days ad hoc). Others prefer working in office full-time.
Work from home up to 2 days a week (although I prefer to come into the office). Hours are flexible, so if you have a late night, you can start a bit later the next day. Partners are understanding and want the best for you.
Flexibility depends on the team. My team has incredible flexibility with working arrangements and general work life balance. My team often will have a WFH day. They are flexible if someone has an appointment. They very rarely ask me to stay back after 5:00pm.
